Directors

	Wendy White, Executive Director Wendy has been involved with the Miss America Organization since 2000 when her daughter started competing. She has 25+ years of professional experience in marketing, business and teaching. She earned her Master's in Education at University of Central Missouri of Warrensburg and her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in business education from Lincoln University of Jefferson City. She is actively involved in community activities and served as President of Eldon Kiwanis, Secretary of Eldon Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of Eldon Montessori and chaired numerous community and church committees. She currently serves on the Miss Missouri Board of Directors as an advisory member. She enjoys spending time with family including her husband Rick, grown children and two sweet grandbabies.
	Ashley Kile, Co-Director, was born and raised in the lake area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Lincoln University in May of 2005 and her Master of Science degree in Education from William Woods in 2009. She began her teaching career at School of the Osage in 2005 where she met her husband, band director, Jeff Kile. They have since been blessed with two beautiful children. Ashley competed in the Miss Missouri America system and has been awarded the non-finalist talent winner, preliminary evening gown winner and interview winner, and top ten finalist at Miss Missouri in the years she competed. She has held the titles Miss Clayton 2003, Miss Columbia 2004, and Miss Malden 2005. Ashley wants to provide the girls in the lake area with the same experiences that she gained as a contestant in the Miss America Organization.
	Board/Committee members: Laura Ash, Jeff Kile, Tammy Lawrence, Shawn Lenz, Amy McGinnis, Ed McGinnis, Tammy Osseck, Austin White & Rick White   We are all volunteers, spending countless hours to make this a great and valued program for young women to earn scholarship for higher education.
